Giveaway Rules
A. Visit USA Belgium, with registered office in 1860 Meise, Kapellelaan 5, organizes competitions via flyers and/or via online participation via the website www.visitusa.org or via our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/visitusabelgium
B. Any natural person of at least 18 years old, with residence in Belgium or the Netherlands, may participate in these competitions.
C. Each participant can only participate once per match. The travel voucher is not transferable, is therefore by name, is valid for 2 years and is not payable in cash. The voucher can only be used by tour operators, members of Visit USA Belgium, for the purchase of a package holiday to the USA (incl. flight, rental car/hotel or campervan) Only can be won, if the participant succeeds in carrying out the requested test.

E. By participating in the contest, each participant agrees that Visit USA Belgium includes his personal data in its database for promotional purposes by electronic means (e.g. e-mail, SMS) and for direct marketing purposes. The participant has the right to have his personal data corrected, in case they are not correct. He also has the right to have his data deleted.

G. The questions, the duration of the contest and the prizes may vary from match to match. This specific information is disclosed in the contest flyer, website or Facebook.
H. If several participants have answered the posed questions correctly, .a selection question is used to determine the final winner.
I. Except for the promotion and competition notices, no other form of communication relating to the contest will happen. Therefore no answer will be given to letters, fax messages, e-mails and calls related to the competition.
J. Visit USA Belgium reserves the right to announce the winner, accompanied by a photo, if necessary. The winner gives permission to Visit USA Belgium to use his personal data (e.g. name, first name and place of residence), as well as the above-mentioned photos for promotional purposes of Visit USA Belgium without owing him any compensation..

O. The competition in question is governed by Belgian law and only the courts of Brussels have jurisdiction in the event of any dispute.
